I was lost and had no idea how some girls, even my friends, were able to stay so lean. I figured that it must've been that they just ate VERY little. This bummed me out for three reasons:
1. I love food, and from what I thought, we were supposed to eat every few hours... Problem was that I didn't know what to eat to burn fat and finally feel good, which leads me to my second point.
2. In the past, if I'd tried to "just get by eating very little" I'd become cranky, irritable, exhausted, and frustrated.
3. I'd end up completely devouring every darn thing in my sight! I'd eat enough to make Cookie Monster look like an amateur and then I'd end up in a food coma putting me to sleep longer than most bears hibernate!!!
I was so pissed off and I'd finally had it!

"I wanted to lose weight and I'm losing weight, which is good if I consider that I'm not that big either.. I'm almost 10 lbs down since we started the challenge but overall since i decided to change my diet I'm 13lbs down total and I feel great! I'm still gonna keep working on reaching my 15lbs...
